Air conditioning / Heating
We have a cold/hot package unit. During the seasonal changes, with warm days and nights still chilly, we make every effort to please all our guests. Of course, you can turn it on and off, and regulate the temperature from your own room, but please keep in mind that it’s not possible to switch it to cold when the general unit is in heat mode, and vice versa.

The concept of art as a part of everyday life is evident throughout the hotel. One can sense it on arrival: the water fountain and the handmade lamps are some of the works especially commissioned by Palau Sa Font. We are also proud of the art displayed on our room doors. Artists from all over the world have contributed with mixed media works and photography to make each of our doors a unique work of art.

From 8 to 11 every day, you will find our carefully hand-picked food and drinks, such as high-quality fair-trade coffee, loose tea, freshly pressed juice of Majorcan oranges, bread from the bakery in our neighborhood
We believe in quality over quantity, trying to minimize unnecessary waste. We trust in national produce and we especially try to support local products, such as Rosselló olives and oil, jams from Fet a Sóller, cheese from Mahón or pastries from Forn de la Pau, who still prepare their own doughs and bake them in a wood-fired oven.
We will try to surprise you with our own creations, small daily variations and seasonal products.
In addition, we offer vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options, depending on each individual's needs.

We offer a family friendly ambience. Baby cots are free, high-chairs are available and, most of all, our staff is happy to go out of their way helping to make things as smooth as possible for you.

Flexible check-in
We guarantee check-in at 2 pm. An early check-in depends on whether the room is booked for the previous night or not. We have no way of knowing much in advance what the situation will be like at the time of your arrival, but we are happy to provide an early check-in whenever possible. Of course, there is no problem in leaving your luggage here until your room is ready and relax by our little pool with a cup of coffee.
Late arrival
If you arrive after midnight, please keep in mind you will find the front wooden door locked. Please don´t look for a bell… there is none! Use the iron knocker instead, and our night concierge will open for you.
Late check-out
Check-out time is at 12 noon. A late check-out is also possible but, of course, it depends on whether the room is booked for the next night or not. Therefore, we ask you to let us know in advance if you are interested in a late check-out and we will try to satisfy you. You can always leave your luggage with us if your flight leaves late.
